Seagulls Kill Family Pets….

July 17, 2015

A number of recent attacks by seagulls (actually probably Herring Gulls, Lesser Black Backed or Greater Black Backed ) has been reported in the media. It was even discussed on the Jeremy Vine show on Radio 2 today. Here are some reports from the BBC News web site HERE

When they have young the adults can become very aggressive to humans nearby. We have been mobbed many times and have even had our hawks mobbed by a large flocks of them.

On a lighter side see how Sam the Sea gull gets his lunch HERE.

For help with any Gull problems please call BTP and we can advise on 01296 630 934

February 4, 2015

This picture was taken last winter, as you can see from the amount of poo – they like sitting on the statue.
